Boxing for me is like chess with fists. You have to think faster than you move. And yes, if you think I'll throw plates during an argument - nope. I'll just go hit the heavy bag instead. It's fairer and healthier for a relationship
Most of the time, I'm either on a slope, in a sparring session, or at the gym. I rarely find myself in "just lying on the couch" mode, but if that happens - it means I'm recharging for my next challenge. Or licking my wounds after a workout
I hit the gym not for mirror selfies, but so I can open pickle jars without asking for help. Just kidding (but not really). That's where I recharge and remind myself that muscles look great, and strength is sexy
